I ordered a mixed bouquet, what showed up was pretty much exactly what I picked. The colors were right, the size was right, and nothing was missing, which felt like a small miracle in the world of online ordering. A couple of the flowers looked a little like they’d survived a tiny battle, but overall it was accurate, easy, and totally fine. I’d order again...

"I’ll admit I was mostly paying..."
I’ll admit I was mostly paying attention to the colors when I ordered, because that’s what made me pick this bouquet in the first place. But when the flowers showed up, they just didn’t look like the photos. The shades were a lot duller, and a few blooms were totally different colors than what I expected. I know flowers won’t always match perfectly, but this felt far off and made the whole arrangement look cheaper than it did online. Definitely disappointing.

I don’t know, I wanted to feel better about this than I did, but the whole thing just came off a bit wasteful to me. I kept looking for clearer info about the sourcing and it was all kind of vague, which bugged me more the longer I thought about it. Maybe it’s fine, but I didn’t come away feeling convinced...

I got my bloomsybox delivery and the flowers looked really fresh when they arrived. I did notice a couple of the stems were a little bent, so at first I wasn’t sure if they were going to perk up or not. But after about a day, they opened up nicely and looked really pretty. They lasted around a week, which I think is good? Overall, I’m happy with it...

"Replacement was fine, but be ready to chase the refund"
My first bouquet showed up damaged, so I reached out to customer support. To be fair, they did send a replacement and the second one looked much better. But the refund took way longer than I expected, and I had to follow up to keep things moving. It wasn’t a total disaster, but just a heads up, if you run into an issue, don’t assume the refund will happen quickly without you checking in.

"Bad packaging and just not worth the hassle"
The flowers arrived in a box that was half crushed and wet on one side, so I already had a bad feeling before I even opened it. Sure enough, the stems were bent and a bunch of the petals were smashed. It felt like they were just thrown in there with barely any protection. For what I paid, I expected much better. I’m tired of having to follow up with customer service every time something goes wrong, so I’m just disappointed and won’t be ordering again.

My first bloomsybox order was kind of disappointing because a few of the flowers already looked worn out when they arrived. I sent over some photos and expected it to be annoying, and it sort of was since it took about a day to hear back, but at the same time the support person was really friendly and didn’t make me jump through hoops.
The replacement bouquet showed up looking much fresher and actually lasted a lot longer. I’m still not thrilled that the first box wasn’t packed better, but I also feel like they handled the problem well. So I’m a little torn, but overall I’d give them 4 stars.

i liked the flowers and they looked really nice. but trying to change the delivery dates or pause the subscription felt kind of clunky and more annoying than it needed to be.

I was able to pause my subscription without any hassle, which was nice. The process was simple and didn’t take long. That said, I do wish there was a bit more explanation or confirmation along the way, because it felt kind of bare-bones. Overall, it worked fine and got the job done.

I ordered these to arrive on Friday, but they didn’t show up until Monday. By that point, they were completely useless for the occasion, and I had to scramble around finding something else last minute, which was just extra work I really didn’t need.

I don’t know if it’s just me, but the bouquet I received was way smaller than I expected from the photos online. For the price, I really thought it would look fuller. It only had a few stems and looked kind of sad. Maybe I had the wrong expectation, but it definitely didn’t feel worth it to me, and I wouldn’t order it again.

I ordered these flowers expecting them to arrive on time, but they showed up late and completely messed up the plans I had. The tracking was basically useless too, so I had no idea what was going on or if they’d even make it. Really frustrating experience.

"I was let down when my bouquet..."
I was let down when my bouquet showed up. Whoever put mine together clearly didn’t take much care with it, a few flowers were bent, some petals already had brown edges, and it looked nothing like the picture I ordered from. For the price, I expected something fuller and nicer, not small and messy. It just felt like my order was rushed or ignored...

"Checkout was okay, just a little clunky"
I ordered flowers from bloomsybox.com, and overall the checkout process was fine. Nothing crashed or froze, and I was able to enter my address and payment info quickly.
That said, a couple parts were kind of annoying. I had to go back and double-check the delivery date because it wasn’t super obvious at first, and I almost missed the promo code box completely.
It worked in the end, so I can’t complain too much, but it definitely wasn’t the smoothest checkout I’ve used. Has anyone else had the same issue with the delivery date or promo code being a little hard to spot?
